Baking Sheet Pan
Tin Foil
Slicing Knife
Basting Brush (optional)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 3 large Sweet Potatoes
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
Preheat Oven to 400F
Put a sheet of tin foil on sheet pan
Cut tops and bottoms of each sweet potato
Slice Sweet Potatoes lengthwise, in 1/2 inch thick slices
Lay Sweet Potato slices in one even layer on the sheet pan
Drizzle or use basting brush to lightly brush Olive Oil onto each slice
Sprinkle salt
Bake for 30 mins
Let cool and spread peanut butter on each slice
If you are not eating it all right away, you can easily store remaining slices in a Tupperware container to enjoy later!
