1 Slicing Knife
1 Square Baking Dish Used 8X8
2 Wooden or rubber spoons one to stir dry mixture & butter and one to mix sugar with strawberries, blueberries & rhubarb
1 small microwavable bowl to melt butter
- 1 cup Strawberries diced
- 1 cup Rhubarb diced
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 2/3 cup Rolled Oats
- 2/3 cup Flour
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 tbsp Butter melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Small dice the Strawberries and Rhubarb to measure at 1 cup each
Add to baking dish
Measure 1 cup of Blueberries and add to baking dish
Add Sugar and stir to combine
Put butter in microwavable bowl and heat up at 15 second increments until melted
It usually takes 2-3 times for it to melt fully
In separate bowl, mix Oats, Flour, Brown Sugar, Salt and Melted Butter
Evenly pour and spread over the top of Strawberry, Blueberry & Rhubarb mixture
Add to oven and bake for 45-50 minutes
There is no need to cover with tin foil, as you want the top to brown a bit.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes
You will know it is ready when top is slightly brown and fruit is bubbling
