Equipment

  • 1 Slicing Knife
  • 1 Square Baking Dish Used 8X8
  • 2 Wooden or rubber spoons one to stir dry mixture & butter and one to mix sugar with strawberries, blueberries & rhubarb
  • 1 small microwavable bowl to melt butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries diced
  • 1 cup Rhubarb diced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2/3 cup Flour
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Small dice the Strawberries and Rhubarb to measure at 1 cup each
  • Add to baking dish
  • Measure 1 cup of Blueberries and add to baking dish
  • Add Sugar and stir to combine
  • Put butter in microwavable bowl and heat up at 15 second increments until melted
  • It usually takes 2-3 times for it to melt fully
  • In separate bowl, mix Oats, Flour, Brown Sugar, Salt and Melted Butter
  • Evenly pour and spread over the top of Strawberry, Blueberry & Rhubarb mixture
  • Add to oven and bake for 45-50 minutes
  • There is no need to cover with tin foil, as you want the top to brown a bit.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes
  • You will know it is ready when top is slightly brown and fruit is bubbling
